A Peoples History of the United States
Anyone read this long ass book? I'm about a quarter way into it. It tells history from the regular persons words, not a politician or leader. I like it so far its just longer then most books I read. Howard Zinn is the author.

When I was watching "Good Will Hunting" I noticed that Matt Damon tells Robin Williams, when they are first meeting eachother, that this book will knock him on his ass. Thought that was interesting.

Very good book. Helped me to see a lot of history from another usefull perspective. A must read for anyone interested in history
