There's not much fire to stoke.
Plus, how can I stoke the fire in the first place if the mantelpiece scares me away?

The fact that people actually listen to and believe Ann Coulter is one of the great arguments against democracy...

You know, I actually bought this book for my mom for Christmas and I must say that whether you believe her, like her, hate her, whatever...... Its a funny book.
I never heard her stuff, or seen her before, and I started reading some of the book and I could help but laugh, she takes some of the seriousness out of politics for a moment.... which is very much needed with all these people running around like chickens with their heads cut off protesting the war and preaching about global warming. We need to sit back and laugh about all the stupid shit we say and do sometimes. And I wouldnt mind it if Al Gore wrote an equivalent to that book about republicans, I might read it but the biggest difference is that Ann is funny and Al isnt even the slightest bit witty.
