Harry Potter 7

I thought we needed a thread about this in the book discussion place

I liked it, the ending was... typical? But it was well written and finite.

I have it in my possession, but I haven't read it yet because I want to re-read #6 first. It's been like two years....

Haven't gotten it yet. I'll read it I guess. I didn't really like any of the books after the second.

The ending was what I expected but as I said in the "spoilers" thread.. I didn't expect as many deaths as there were.

I agree with the one that agreed
I thought the number of death's was actually pretty good to make it exciting. I wonder what it's like to be a full time author and kill of your characters...

Potter 1, 2, 3 were good and entertaining.
Potter 4 was dark and dysfunctional. Not for kids.
Potter 5 was unbearable. Not for kids.
Potter 6 - didn't read. I was too turned off by 4 & 5.
Potter 7 - read it. Liked the ending with everyone at the train station. That's it.
