What did Kevin07 promise to do? (List needed)

Hi all,
I’m an old newbie so please be kind if I ask stupid questions.

I would like to contribute to this forum by asking people to declare that they are pro-Labor or pro-Liberal and then to say what they think that Kevin07 has actually promised to do for Australia.
There should be lots from the pro-Labor as they voted Kevin in. Obviously I’m pro-Liberal. Actually that is not true as I am pro “my family” and Australia in general. The party that I think best serves us gets my vote. I don’t know where a Nelson led Opposition will place itself to gain power so I have no idea who I would vote for. But I was pro-Liberal.

I will be looking forward to your comments. If we can compile a list we should be able to tick the progress and comment on anything that we see is going astray. It may even lead to other debates. Please be specific.

Well, i'm not pro-any party, there is actually no party for me ATM (i may have to start my own), however, i would have to say that i swing slightly more towards Labor because they give the illusion that they are from the left.

Now, back to the topic at hand. From what i recall, Kev promised a few things:
-He promised to scrap the IR laws without scrapping the economic program set in place.
-He promised to ratify the Kyoto agreement and not build nuclear reactors but to invest in solar energy.
-He promised an education revolution, what that means in its entirety i'm not sure but i know that he was going to give every yr 9-12 student access to a computer.
-He was going to get the faster broadband for us.

There are more, i just cannot remember them all at the moment.

So Howard promised to scrap IR, pull combat troops out of Iraq, and sign Kyoto?

News to me...

i was making my last post ontop of other posts made by Paratrooper and Kazikli Bey. i could have posted what they had already said but... they had already said it, so my statement is correct. Labour even addmitted that they were immitating Howards more successful policies and election promises, my comment did make it sound like Labour was unoriginal because over half their policies were unoriginal.
(and Howard already signed the Kyoto he didn't RATIFY the Kyoto)

please, keep snide comments to yourself, I am certain you knew what i meant and what you said was unnecessary.

PS, i prefer Lib
