This is the first time I hear that taiwan might be working on nukes. If I was china I would be worried. Of course I've read that china has a great missle program going. For instance she recently knocked out a satellite in a test and is even planning a moon shot. She has a long way to go but all it takes is one step at a time.

Why do you reference china as a she? Just wondering.

There is a simple logic question for people to answer. If you were the president of a sovereign nation (and Taiwan's government considers itself a sovereign state) and you were being threated by a nation that was far superior to you with both arms and manpower, what would you do? Would you:
a) develop arms that could overcome the superiority of your enemy.
b) do nothing and allow your enemy to invade and occupy your nation.

I would suggest that it is the responsibility of any government to choose option a. The defense of the nation against invasion is the primary function of the government.

So, you must be the reincarnation of North Korea's Kim Jong Il, and Iran's Nejad. Their leaders chose option a) as you suggest. Use your brain before you ask your "simple logic question".

This is part of western racism against China. The western people always assume themselves to be the dominant male role, and refer China as "she". This type of discrimination is subconscious and deeply rooted.
