I think it is not necessary to call winter a "propaganda machine." I think it is also against the forum rules.

I do frequently object to what I perceive as Chinese nationalism, but I've seen some REAL chinese nationalism on Chinese military forums. They make anything you see here quite tame by comparison.

Well, firstly one of your examples seem to be flawed. People in the US don't call their parents by their first name either.

Secondly, obviously these examples you talk about (i.e. beating kids and filial piety) are not in the same league as genocide.

I really think you underestimate China.
China today is not China it used to be 50 years ago, or even 15 years ago. It has massively invested into research especially in new sources of energy, micro electronics, solar systems, electric car, nuclear power plants ...
But most of those investments are short term investments, while CERN and LHC are long term investments and need a lot of money.
China has a special relationship with Russia and Russia is known to be very good in Space technology, avionics, physics, maths and has very good technologies in defence industry : submarines, intercontinental missiles, torpedos, satellites ...

But I don't understand why you consider China as a threat for the US. Could you explain me ?

well this research has it good and bad,

In terms of good stuff just imagine what it can do if they manage to turn this research for medical point of view? manage to manipulate the brain wave etc, maybe there is a cure for stroke, alzhimers etc.

But ofcourse this may not be the only thing maybe it can be use as a spying device, or better yet animals as crime prevention. haha...

well but keep in mind when the western countries initially venture into medicines and science, the research subject is not just animals but life humans, some are prisoner of war, some are people on death row. well speak of cruel. but hey if that was not done we wont have today's advance medicines and science right?

If this could be workable, it can be used to control our chinese ,the way we think ,and action, make all of us the anmial of CCP.
Your Amerian should know the facts ,what control CCP has done to our people:1 .Birth control, they called it family plan, they plant the rings ,or cut the organ to force us not to have more than one childern, otherwise we loss job, or loss money ,etc..
2.There are scientist in Beijing University, or Qinghua Unversity, they invented an method to interrogate people, it said, with 5 min. you have to admit what they asking you to admit.

The most dangerious is that our chinese scientist has no moral ,no ethic understanding, just smart and wise.

If this workable, what they will do is implant the IC chip into every Chinese brain, just to monitor and identify the one ,which is anti-CCP.

They will do it without no second thought,if it can be achieved.

What's your politician should do is to identify those scientists, and their University, condenmen them, and make thier research openly under monitoring, just you force the nuclear weapon under monitoring by the world.
