westerners often call us blind patriots, because we are scared to admit our faults and mistakes, but if they can understand chinese language, they can visit Tianya to see how fierce patriots criticize our gov.
Blind patriots take no good to our mother, at least i am not and wouldn't like to be a blind patroit, but a Canadian friend Smallbox doesn't think so! I think it is me to be blame, because my english is too bad to make people understand me.

It's not that your English is bad, is that you're so dearly affected by the almost omnipotent nationalism in China that you can't realise to what extents your calls are nationalist.
Tibetans can be nationalist. That does not excuse Chinese nationalists wrong. They want more independence for just cause.
God is that all you guys can do?
***criticize an aspect of China
"BUT THAT OTHER COUNTRY DID SOMETHING ELSE THAT IS WRONG!!!"
So?

we do this only when it comes to sovereignty dignity. and we do this NOT to justify anything, we do this to let you think about this: if hundreds of Chinese march and shout free a certain part of your country, what do you think? in one word, when it comes to sovereignty dignity, we dont like other people to poke their nose into it. god why the hell there are always self righteous people who think they symbolize moral and seem to know it so well?

Independence does not necessarily mean complete state separation. Tibetans want liberal reforms, good for them. That is a just cause for anyone.

You always feel your dignity attacked because of your insecurity towards a model that defies common sense. If Chinese people protest for anything in China, it does get more attention because the CCP is not elected. It does not represent the people, it only represents itself. These illegal marches are the rare glimpses on the real issues from the Chinese people because no one outside of China really takes the CCP seriously in whatever it states.

Oh, and for Chaochao, who once claimed studying Chinese history was important in a different thread (that I can't find)

Nationalism = removal of facts.

you dont have to take what CCP states seriously, do you? just like we dont take what Bush states seriously, as long as it does not concern China.
