And the point of all this is what?

That article was so incoherent one could barely tell if it had any point at all.

We all know there is violence going on in Tibet, so why cover the story by reciting the incoherent ramblings of some unknown, anonymous individual freaking out over the events?

An objective, well written article on the socio-political situation would have been a far better way to go.
