Question Question Regarding the Republic of Korea

I need your help -- I have searched all over, and have not been able to find a definitive stance regarding South Korea's positions on the following topics:
-Private Military Corporations
-Afghanistan
-Border Control
Would anyone happen to know the country's policy on these aforementioned topics? If not, is there common stance South Korea promotes regarding security issues? Besides the North Korea conflict, the Republic of Korea does not seem to be a huge player/influence in this field. Any help is greatly appreciated!
