Germany mediates between Hisbullah and Israel
Reports have been confirmed that a high ranking representative for the german intelligence service, (BND) has been sent to the region to broker a deal between Israel and Hisbullah concerning the question of the two Israeli soldiers whose kidnapping started the Lebanon war.
