Chaos in Somalia
No it isn't anarchy, it's chaos. Somalia has been in chaos since 91 and there have been a great many failed attempts at setting up a government for te people, i'm suprised that the UN hasn't stepped in to attempt to take control, they should. Somalia isn't really peacefull enough to have an anarchy. Peace in Somalia!

The UN has recognised and supported a government... which comprises a bunch of different warlords, is backed by and has strong links to Ethiopia, a country many Somalians hate.
