Here, Allah is telling them to hack up all non-believers and their livestock, put the corpses in the middle of the street and torch the city, corpses and all. All this is to be spolied, "every whit" for "the LORD thy God" (bloodthirsty fella, isn't he?)
And, if you don't believe that the Koran is fucked up - go look for yourself in Deuteronomy 13:13-19. Er, wait...
I'm actually not sure which book that is - they all get so confusing with the fire and brimestone and all. But, if anyone does figure out which book that religion is from, we should automatically assume that anyone who believes in that religion takes that passage quite literally and is therefore deranged.
