You mean Arunachal Pradesh's Dawang? then definitely not.

The sixth Dalai Lama was born in Dawang, which clearly states that Dawang is part of Tibet, and your government stated Tibet is part of China. What reasons do you have except for blindly saying no?

lol during cold war era,
1971 they send USS Snterprise in bay of bengal to show support Pakistan.
Didnt dared to attack as Soviet Nuclear Subs was called in to chase the battle group.
After cold war They denied us access to supoercomputer, we build one.
denied us access to cryogenic tech and told russia not to give us as it can be used as ICBM, we developed one.
Boeing was working with HAL for LCA's partial FBW using the software called "Vista".
after 1998 sanctions came in they took away all work and software then we had to "Restart" LCA project from square zero.
one guy developed the whole set of FBW and aerodynamic control software to manipulate FBW, then designning started.
also it became a quadruplex FBW system.
surprisingly more than 6 countries now wants to buy that software.
sanctioned ISRO, now they say our IRS is unparallal as it offers Real Stereo Images compared to Pseudo Stereo.. and things like that.
havent you heard of the sanctions after 1998 nuke blasts?
hardly created problem though.
independent foreign policy helps.

During cold war, everybody knows that India sided with Soviet Union, so you cannot blame America on that.
The sanctions after 1998 and some technical issues are actually trivial. American sanctions on China are much more severe.
