Africa is trying to solve it own problems, and it is difficult as many of you would know, to do peacekeeping missions.
I have said many times before that we do not want the US or EU to do peacekeeping here, we will do it ourselves, but we WILL need help in training soldiers, as there is a huge difference between peacekeeping and fighting.

then there wouldnt be need for peace keeping OR fighting..
