I've never really been or lived in an all black neighborhood, but I don't find it far fetched that bystanders might try to help a woman thats getting the crap beat out of her. I didn't create this thread to put one race above the other, but I am trying to figure out if we are just more inclined to be sympathetic to our own. Take for example when we see wailing mothers over in I-STAN, and our hearts really don't break. Yet we can see grieving crying parents here in the US, who lost their son and or daughter in Iraq, and all the sudden we can now sympathize.
