Ofcourse this is somehow ok, if it wasnt for stupid Nehru we would have been inside P5 instead of China now.

Atleast i'm happy our govt doesnt has a ICBM program as of now, till the economy grows fully, converting a PSLV into ICBM would hardly take 2 year.

We have nuke program from 60's anyways, see this is not a nuke test but a ABM test, read bout a bit in here and there forums u'll see what it is.

We dont have first use policy,
We have a no-use policy against non-nuke countries.

For no-first use policy we need capable deterrent, hopefully the SLBM/SLCM program will give it a new life.
