Before a comparison as you asked, I wanna tell that, Konya is one of the most sophisticated airforce training ground on the world. 16 friendly airforces including Israel and USA use that training ground. Turkey also have other sophicticated training facilities, similators, academies etc.. which is serving 22 friendly military from Albania,Georgia to Pakistan, Afghanistan.

Well, Israel have nukes and technology, we don't officially have nukes (rumors) but 60 US nukes (30 in American base, 30 in Turkish bases) and less technology. Other than nukes, we have a huge numerious advantage to Israel in every field and all are in nato standarts. Plus Turkey has a very serious navy comparing to both. US and Turkey are the only two nato members who are fully operative at nights.
I think Egypt armed forces is not comparable to TSK (Turkish Armed Forces) , it is not a modern army and it isn't fit equiped.
Below numbers are not sufficient for a healthy comparison but gives an idea.

EGYPT
