I know this goes against your line of reason, but the way I see it is like this. They're doing it anyways. If they want to ruin their lives then I'm not going to stop them. I think we would do better to spend the money on enforcement and imprisonment on rehabilitation..... if they want it that is. We'd save a ton of money and our law enforcement could focus on real criminals. Anyways, if someone is stupid enough to get addicted to meth then maybe we'd be better off with out them. Assuming of coarse they kill themselves with it. At least they'll die doing what they love.
