I don't see any evidence of the likelihood of civil war in Cuba when Fidel Castro dies. His brother, Raul, his likely successor, has already said that Cuba would be amenable to trade discussions with the US after Bush is out of office.

Frankly, regardless of who is elected, I see the next US president at least partially lifting the trade embargo with Cuba.
