Right now, they're new and in demand, so they're pretty expensive. Where I work REALLY wants us to stop this habit so they pay for the whole bill. I really need to stop myself.
I've seen how people die (my grandpa and my wifes mom) from this and it's a slow, painful icky process to watch. I think to myself; "Do I want my kids watching ME die like that ?"

Yes, its mental, physical and the whole she-bang. I'll be learning to replace my little "ritual" with other, more positive "rituals" (exersize, focused meditation etc.) and hopefully the chantix will help with the physical.
Defintely time to knock it off. 25 yrs. is long enough. Starting to push the luck.
