There are dozens of causes of WWII and 9/11. The reason Paul singles out our foreign policy in both cases is precisely because he disapproves of our foreign policy.

He either blames our foreign policy, or he is just taking advantage of two national tragedies to push his agenda. Either way, I don't like it.
