One or two of them have admitted they don't, that's on the right track huh?

Honesty........I'd of course much rather have reading......but honesty should lead to realistic assessments concerning why they can't read everything and plans to improve the reading process.

The politicians say they give them too much for an army of aids to read and disseminate to any elected official

You're right, he does Pork, but who doesn't in the Senate? And I also didn't know he is anti gun, that's not good, I love the second amendment.
1) Those six years should give him the experience to be able to tell the difference between the current tactics of playing load music and 30 seconds of severe discomfort when compared to the brutal tactics that McCain endured. He of all people should be able to how careful we are to be humane while remaining effective.

2) That's actually not true. He is still all for the Amnesty (although of course he'd never call it that). The difference is this time he's willing to placate the people that want enforcement first. But make no mistake, his new plans differs very slightly from his old plan.

Honesty to what? Saying he didnt read it?

Doesnt that show direlection of duty? Honesty should be, "before I sign a bill, I want to make sure I understand what I am signing first!"

I mean come on. Not reading a bill you are about to sign to me is total lack of disregard for the law. He swore to uphold the Constitution for crying outloud. How can he rightly do that when he doesnt have a damn clue about the bills he is signing off on? For all he knows, we could have just sold off California to Mexico and he would have never known it. I mean I admire honesty, but not in the face of sheer blatant, lack of regard for doing your job.

Woah....slow your roll there young fella.....You do realize that legislators in fact DO NOT read all of the Bills they are given to vote on, on a regular basis, right? I guarantee whichever politician you like and whichever candidate you vote for. If they were in Congress, they didn't read all their Bills. Letting that upset you won't help

If you want to go after McCain, fine, my reasons for voting for him if nominated are already solified unless he is found eating his constituants. Thanks for the input though

however, newt gingrich is a significant conservative and he is supporting America's Mayor. I find that very significant and a great boost to Rudy.
