Hypnox, i think you are generalizing (unfairly) various strategies of the Clinton campaign, and nobody appreciates your wild remarks as long as they remain unsupported by fact; if you could provide specific incidences of the offenses which you allege, we would all appreciate it, and this discussion could become more specific.

I don't think Bill is a racist. Hell, he's been called the first black President by numerous pundits. I just think that HRC is just showing how low she'll go to get what she wants.

This is why i don't think she will be able to be an effective President. She might be the most qualified, and even have the best ideas. But she is such a lightning rod of ill will even within her own partythat I think electing her guarantees 4 more years of total legislative gridlock. We simply cannot afford that.

Let me first say that this sticks in my craw that I would deffend Hillary on any thing. I detest the clintons. Would love to see her beat.

That said , I have listened to the so called racist remarks several times and fail to see the intent to attack racially. I see some usual political practises of denagrating your opponant. Standard occurance in a Presidential race. I guess it is okay for white politicians to tear each other apart , but God forbid we do so to a black man. I see it as equality. Welcome to main stream politics Obama.

I think the real racists are the ones turning this into a race issue. Do I think there is still racisim in America, sure!! I don't think it is limited to white against black tho. There are balck racists also , example: ms jackson lee, congresswoman, ( I am 90%sure it was her, I am 100 % sure that this accured) stood up in the middle of a congressional hearing ( when she was supposed to be representing all her constiuants, including the white ones) and went off on a racial rant attacking the representive of the bush admin, finishing with, " your all just a bunch of white men". How racist can you get?? She was never brougth to task for this, where was the great rev. Jackson or rev. Sharpton when this accured. No where!! why because it was a black woman lambasting a bush representive, He was not white by the way.

Further, are there any races in america that are not hated by some one? NO!!!

Has the race card been played? sure has , but not by the Clintons. Its about time we started to hear what the great Martin Luther King acctually said rather than what we think he said so we can beat each other up with it . He said, " Judge a man by the content of his charater, not the color of his skin". Seems to me he was pro equality not pro race.

Until I hear rev. Jackson or rev. Sharpton speak out aginst black racism then they are just racists themselves.

I think this sums it up pretty well.

I wonder what this portends for the future.

I heard one of the pundits on CNN say it best about this race talk:
It hurts Hilary more but it hurts the democratic party too. They both need to stop it and get back to the issues.
