News Reporting Dodd & Biden Dropping Out

I can't find a link on Biden, but I saw it scroll across the bottom of the screen on Fox News

Yep that's what their saying. Neither ever had a chance. The real story now is how desperate and dirty will Hillary get and has she been marginalized. She was running on her inevitability, that's gone out the window now.
