How do you explain the a 6million dollar day from a "handful" of supporters?

I don't think it's a conspiracy. I think people just like you aren't wired to believe that the principles this country was founded on really ARE popular with many Americans the way an evangelical couldn't possibly accept proof of evolution if it were right in front of them. I don't think he's a favorite for the nomination but he's a heck of a lot better than you give him credit for.

As for the Russet interview. My step-dad who has so far dismissed Ron Paul because he doesn't have cable or use the internet much so hasn't heard of him at all except from me told me he watched the interview. I asked what did you think? He said: "I think he's right". There's another Paul Supporter. A non-net savvy, non-libertarian, mormon who was converted to Paul from Romney by Paul's least favorable interview to date.

4th in IA and 2nd in NH... At least, you'll see.

Sean Vanity is a lying sack of shit for that one. I tried to vote more than once, to see if I could do it, I could not, and then this ass hat comes on and says that RP supporters were voting more than once.

It shows how far left we have moved as a Country when the only candidate who wants to restore and enforce the Constitution is considered a "fringe - candidate".

Let me guess Karl Marx views are now centrist, right?

You don't spam that, but the principle is similar. All the Paul supporters organize to vote in the poll. Did any other candidate do that? No. Why? Because they are not fucking desperate, Paul and his supporters are. So, does the poll represent anything? Only the desperation of some Paul supporters, not his national support levels.

People like me are wired more to believe things that can be proven, like with elections for example. When Paul gets his ass spanked in the primaries, that will prove what people like me are "wired" to believe.

Well who's fault is it that he hasn't heard of Ron Paul? The friggin' guy has only been at every single one of the 10 or so debates. He even appeared on the Tavis Smiley debate. He's been interviewed on MSNBC, CNN and the O'Reilly Factor. I'm sure that I've left out a lot. Really, who's damn fault is it when someone has not heard of Ron Paul?

People have heard of him. THEY DON'T LIKE HIM. Your step-dad is one of the 4% of the GOP base who do.

Yep Paul supporters are active. That's why he's trending upward.

Also shows he's trending upward. More than tripled his fundraising from Q3-Q4. He's the only one trending upward in fundraising. 19.5M in Q4

I think it will. I think you might be fooling yourself a bit though. How can you tell me that you'll need elections to prove you right about Ron Paul but you want to exclude him from the debate before the first primary. If he does 6%ish in IA and NH I'd say you're right they can take him out of the debates now. But you're not waiting for IA and NH. You said he should be out now. They can't both be true. Make up your mind.

You missed the part where I said he didn't have cable. Besides, you and I and most of the people on this board might watch those channels but most people don't. Also he hasn't been at all the debates. They kept him out of Iowa.
