HAHA STEPHEN COLBERT! This is probably the WORST publicity stunt i've heard in YEARS!! How could anyone take the man who makes fun of any and every move our government makes be taken serious. Not saying that our government doesn't deserve it considering that they tell us next to nothing about our foreign affairs. I don't think it's ever occured to the public that more people die from cigarette smoke every day then we lose soldiers in Iraq for a month. Why do we focus so much on these god damn foreign affairs instead of on our OWN country and upping our protection. It's only a matter of time before the crazy bastard from Iran decides that we are the friends of Israel and we deserve the same punishment. A GOOD NUKING! We should be much more focused on our selves then the well being of the middle east which is unfixable. If the people have no common sense then a nation wont work. If you build a huge card tower and one card slips out of place the whole thing COMES CRASHING TO RUINS. We need a strong leader who wants to focus on the well beings of America and what we need to do to make our Country the best place it can be. Reduce poverty, fix problems, fix drugs, violence in urban areas, up our own SAFETY and fix OUR OWN PROBLEMS. How can we deal with foreign affairs if more cigarettes are wiping us out than terrorists. We need someone not to liberal and not to conservative. WE NEED A MODERATE WITH SOME GOOD IDEAS ABOUT STRENGTHENING OUR COUNTRY

stephen colbert running for president could quite possibly ruin any republican chance of winning against hillary clinton..

im not sure what the reference exactly is, but it was an election where one nomonee split the republican vote, and the democrats won the election,

but anyways, as if ron paul wasnt enough to worry about, as far as splitting the republican vote goes, now there's stephen colbert.. thats awesome.

i seriously may never look at him the same again.

Pffft... yeah, right...

Unfortunately, American voters are too partisan and politically polarized to even think about putting a moderate in the White House.
