Hillary's "comprehensive roadmap" - Political Forum

According to Hillary's website (HillaryClinton.com - Issues - Ending the War in Iraq), she has "put forth a comprehensive roadmap for ending the war". Can anybody provide a URL to this comprehensive roadmap?

I assume (and hope) that it is more comprehensive than her Iraq Troop Protection and Reduction Act of 2007, which I believe is doomed.

I am interested to know things like: how many troops will remain? Where? What will their purpose(s) be? What criteria will be used to determine that these purposes cannot be achieved (i.e. the situation is as hopeless as Vietnam was). What milestones will be set for the Iraqi government? Who will judge success or failure? What will the consequences of failure be? Who will be the economic, governmental and military advisors? How does she plan to deal with Turkey, Iran and Syria?

Thanks for your help. I'm trying to evaluate the candidates and it's proving to be an uphill struggle.

I'm interested in hearing whether she's gonna pull our troops out or not (it doesn't sound likely, but I can at least hope)

You are asking for specifics and politicians will seldom give you what you want. There main concern is to give you generalities and what they think you want to hear. So far it has worked well over the years.
