Then 9/11 happened and the whole WMD business and 'we'll find OBL' and nothing then poor old Saddam hiding in a hole in the ground. Then his terrible execution, another election and more anticipation would Kerry win.
It seems to me that it has been almost eight years of domestic crisis. You know I suppose like when you have in inefficient housekeeper, is the best way i can explain it, because Hillary fits the analogy.
It's the inefficient housekeeper, who breaks ornaments, doesn't hang towels properly, puts bins back in the wrong place, bashes the furniture against the walls, pulls plugs out of electric sockets and doesn't put them back. She does the job but the irritation is always there and you never know what's going to be the next thing that will go wrong.
Then there is Hillary on the horizon. To me she's like the new housekeeper that comes highly recommended with her well-experienced partner who she can rely on to do things that he is more than qualified to look after for her. And suddenly everything is back in its place and you know that whenever you walk into the house it will always look like that.
Sorry but to me that's what she looks like. She has the air of a leader, a powerful leader. I may be wrong and believe me if I am I will apologise and admit it, I always admit when I've made a mistake. But for your sakes, I really do hope I'm right so that when I visit America in a year or two or three, it will look like my dream.
I hate it when my wife does stuff like that!

She moves stuff around and doesn't tell, than yell at me for putting it back in the old spot, which appearently the wrong spot.

I listen to Rush every day, and I've notice several threads that spring up just an hour or so after his show, repeating what he just said. I'm not saying that I think people are not doing the research, just that they are "inspired" by Rush. I've seen a lot come up from what's his name, the guy that has a picture of himself with a city in the distant background for his avatar. Superdude, that's him.

That was funny, but you were supposed to be moved by my display of emotion

I understand why you think things this way, considering how Bush is doing things. For me, with the way she is handling her public interviews and the way she has an army of lawyers and researhers, that she is disingenous and that once she is incharge, she'll go back on all the promises she made. I have no solid proof of this (just some evidence), but every time I hear her talk about something she just dodges all commitment and doesn't really make any solid answers.

That's a politician for you. They always lie and they always renege on their promises. They are a special breed of person.
But I do hope that you guys pull it right. You deserve to be the country you always were. I don't like to run down the governments of others, it's rude as a visitor but I rely think you drew the short straw with the present CIC.

Early in the race, the Democrats seem to be mesmerized by the 'celebrity candidates' as John Edwards put it. Hillary really doesn't have any experience, but neither do Edwards or Obama so she can still play her role as first lady to her advantage because in reality it's closer to any executive role than either Edwards or Obama has held. In comparison to them, when she plays her cards right, she's a seasoned vet, but I think a guy like Bill Richardson could really benefit from all of his political experience this election year.

I used to listen to Rush some when I started college. He was actually somewhat entertaining, but after a few days of him I tended to just find something else for some weeks, then give him another go round. I remember laughing non-stop when he called himself an Independent on the air once.

I know what you mean. It does seem as though some just post shit up with some "divine pundit influence" at times. I hope my good buddy did not fall into that trap, but who knows?

Hillary is far, far away in experience than two or three of the Republican Candidates. The problem here in the U.S. is that we have started leaning toward Socialism so bad that most people in this Country want to rely on the Government Teat rather than work. This woman is ruthless and corrupt, yet people idolize her. Why is this?? She offers a free meal ticket, and insurance with no accountability. This is the same thing her husband did when all the dot.com stocks were running rampant and everyone thought he walked on water. It had all the Asian connections and it was located in the, "VALLEY", of California. How coincidental?? Anyone remember this fellow "HSU"???? Hillary and Bill didn't know anything about him or where the large, large, campaign contribution came from?? Americans on the "TEAT", mostly ignorant people about Politics, think this is just fine. Anyone remember who Clinton pardoned that stole and sold our Nuclear Secrets to the Asians?? Johnny, what waasssssss his name. Most people can't even remember.
How about Sandy Berger, (BURGLAR), the thief?? These people, the Clintons, have the nerve to note to Americans that he will be an Advisor to the Clinton Campaign, free of charge. Sure he will. He's more crooked than a dog's hind leg!! He isn't even allowed in the National Archives any longer. I think America is busting at the seams with to many immigrants, illegals, crooks and money Hungry Politicians to even begin to look for resurrection. What this Country really needs is a President with intestinal fortitude, huge testicles, and Washington, D.C. needs a "POLITICAL ENEMA", starting with Hillary Clinton as the first evacuation in the lower bowel!!!!

Probably not, your friend is probably like me and just listens to hear what the right base is crying and knows how to take it with a bucket of salt. After all, he admitts he has no talent, it's all "on loan...from God."
