Yes, he will be able to have the limelight b/c all the major actors will not be there. Maybe he can feel special. Make sure to bring up the racist remarks he made in the late 80s and early 90s for me. that will fly high with African-Americans, I guarantee that. Something along the lines of, "crime prone" young gentlemen

You mean the same remarks that were put into focus by someone else and were proven not to be written by him? Sure, whatever. Furthermore, why in the hell would I bring that up and if he was a racist wouldn't he also decline coming to a mostly-black college like mine?

No, these were in a journal and a newspaper. I would find them but I need to get back to school for the rest of the day.

Look them up for yourself. Maybe it will change your views.

I've seen them and I've also read the article about them being forged by someone else. Therefore my views on him stand.

Superdude, do you remember when you said that discussing Ron Paul was beneath you? I'm still waiting to see evidence of that.

Ron Paul has NEVER voted for anything that was unconstitutional. According the Constitution, we should not be involved with the United Nations or the League of Nations. He believes in a small government, a frugal government. Where as all the other "Star" candidates, as Super would put it, would expand the government. They've all voted to expand government control or signed laws that would put them in place. What those in power will never learn from history is the more they get control, the bloodier the revolution will be once the people get fed up.

It says that specifically? How interesting; I guess our founding fathers had a knack for predicting the future.

We weren't part of the League of Nations. Plus... it doesn't exist anymore.

He believes in an unrealistically small government, and shrinking it in an unrealistically short amount of time. His plans for the government would end the US's status as a world power.

I don't believe there was ever a vote on whether or not we should "expand" government.

So if we don't elect Ron Paul, there'll be a revolution..?

If We Don't Elect Honest People

So far I like what I hear of Paul. If we don't elect honest people...like every nation that went befor we are doomed to ....lets see...maybe say...spontaneous Watts like riots breaking out almost simultaneously in every major American City? Becoming 'The Fourth Riech'?.

Defend what? I hope what the article says is true and he wins.

Seriously though, whats supposed to be defended against the Hitler comparison or what?

Id rather defend that, than have to defend a pro-abortion, anti-gun ,2 divorce having 1 trick pony thats supposed to be a republican candidate. The guy doesn't even have the support of his own daughter.

The guy also decided not to show up to an important debate last Thursday. What's that tell you about his priorities? Huckabee said that he was embarrassed by his party for them not coming.
