It'll be Hillary/?? v Thompson/Guiliani.

Hillary's VP won't be Obama - she doesn't need him.

Even if Al Gore endorses Obama, that wouldn't raise his numbers much. I figure eveyrone already knows who they want and don't want. Al Gore is pretty much a 'has been' except for the eco-crowd.

What I can't figure out is why the dems are ignoring Bill Richardson. He's the one who has the most experience and is the most qualified. Looks like they are going for 'the stars' (Hillary, Obama) who are less qualified (in Obamas case - not qualified at all) instead of for the one that would do the best job and has the best and most experience.

It's strange.

Gore endorsed Dean in 2004.

Endorsements that actually influence elections are rare. The Democrats don't really have anyone with the stature among the base to influence a primary race simply by who they endorse.
