There are two factions at play in US politics and subdivisions innumerable. The GOP, rotund and opulent, and people, stubborn and tenacious are the fundamental parties, one of which everyone eventually finds themselves. The whole system is called a Democracy, so the term Democrat is somewhat of a misnomer. The Republican then is slight departure from the tenets of our beliefs as delineated in the Constitution. The definitions can't be defined easily as they have been in a constant state of evolution since the proclamation of freedom was constructed. This slippery business of "pin the tail on the donkey", (invented by a Republican), is based on deception. We constantly try to figure out whether we are being deceived either through dishonesty or some other form of discrepancy.
We must realize that the economy is the foundation of our prosperity. It is the cornerstone of all other political activity. Money is a volatile instrument representative of the trade that translates to our health as a nation. Today money is backed only by trust and the more people that realize this, the more that trust is evaporating. The currency is no longer backed by anything of value, and when there is a shortage of cash the Federal Reserve just cranks up the printing presses again further deflating the value of the dollar. The more the government prints, the more worthless it becomes. Hillary Clinton knows this better than McCain and Obama knows this better than Hillary. Bush knows this too, and keeping you from knowing this has only served to sustain the pyramid scheme where the elect can hold onto their control.

The Story of Stuff with Annie Leonard.
I don't want to hear any campaign promises that are directed at any specific faction and especially none that are potential solutions to problems that haven't been thoroughly examined. The country has more bandages on it than the Bill of Rights has amendments.
To present, Obama has been the only one with the foresight not to trip over his own tongue.
