Question Bill Clinton's problem

Bill Clinton has been seriously counterproductive in his attempts to help Hillary's campaign. There seems to be general agreement that the Clinton "magic touch" in politics is gone, but no public discussion at all about why. I want to suggest a medical explanation.

Mr. Clinton had a quadruple bypass procedure in September, 2004. It was a long procedure, lasting eight hours, but was said to be uneventful. There is a problem of late cognitive decline and mood changes after coronary-artery bypass surgery. The problem is real and has been discussed in hundreds of articles in the medical literature. Sadly, Mr. Clinton may just not be as sharp as he was, for this reason. Seems plausible to me. Comments?

The magic touch comes from that Bill Clinton choosed a good time to get in office. Success in that time can never gurantee anything nowadays.

but i doubt the pills or drugs impact so much on him. sound too crazy.

The question I raised was not regarding pills or drugs, but rather the late effects of his coronary surgery. Go to the pubmed website and search on coronary bypass AND cognition. You'll see much discussion about a serious problem.

I think Bill is just out of touch with the voting populace in this election cycle.
