What would you do about Fla and Mich rulebreaking?

Allow equal division of delegates?

Allow Clinton to have all?

Allow Barak to have all?

Something else?

Your thread title is biased towards Obama. A less biased thread title would be: "What would you do about the Florida and Michigan re-do controversy?"

Putting in the "rule breaking" part merely loads the question, so as to give a pro-Obama response.

For the record, I'm not telling you to stop making biased threads. I'm just point out that the thread title is biased.

Leave it as it is, the states in question knew the rules and the consequences of breaking them well in advance.

Florida and Michigan broke the rules.

While I *kind of* get where you are coming from here, its hardly biased. The choices I posed are clearly not biased.

I also ceratinly don't have any problem with you editing the title. I don't want to run afoul of your rules.

No the thread is biased, since it asks a question (while implying that there can only be one answer). How do you fix rule breaking? You punish the rule breakers. You've asked the question in a way so as to only give the answer which was pro-Obama. So it really wasn't a question at all. Just a pro-Obama setup.

Again, I don't care that your thread is biased I just wanted to point it out.

If i were Clinton, i'd kick and scream about how Florida and Michigan should be counted (as she's doing). If i were Obama, i'd stall any redo until it was too late to have one (as he's doing). And if i were in charge of it all, i'd make an example out of Florida and Michigan so that states in future primaries don't cause messes like this by deliberately breaking the rules under the impression that they can get away with it. If i were a party leader, i'd be pissed.

If I were Head Howard Dean I would have done something very different to start with. I would have removed 50% of the delegates from each state . In my opinion this would punish both states an still allow each to have a voice .I understand this is not 100% fix but it is better than what has happened .
As for what to do about the mess we have now in Florida and Michigan I think that the whole thing is beyond repair . an any fix would be like closing the barn door after the fact .

Maybe things are fine the way they are. Obama's going to be the nominee and even if Hillary won in Michigan, she would still lose the nomination. It's best if the Democrats can stall this thing till it doesn't work and then hopefully forget about it by November.

FIRST you have to ask the question as to why hillary REALLY wants the do-over----answer---SHE CAN"T WIN without those 2 states---SECOND-- she signed an agreement that now she wants to get out of---sounds like a spoiled rich kid crying to daddy to me--THIRD---she making the trip to michigan yesterday was a fatal mistake--michigan now-can't do a do-over now because it will seem as if hillary strong- armed them to her side----stick a fork in it-it is over---actually even if she had the do-over i still don't think she would have won---BUT-it should have never even come to the ohio,texas--primary- the SUPER DELS could have ended it before then---like now what they are talking maybe having a SUPER DEL primary early to end this---
