OK tony, was about to chuck some of your posts into the banned posters thread after banning you, but actually I think that I did not give your first post enough credit on this thread. It's not that bad a point that Ted Kennedy wanted to "continue his brothers civil rights legacy. If Obama had been white this would not have been possible for Kennedy to do."
So the ban is undone, your posts that broke forum rules are deleted without penalty to you, but if you break them again, then the rules will be enforced again.
