As a Michigan Resident Hillary is in or a BIG

BOth parties is
at each others throats here in Michigan until many are conused,
and yet the majority here in lower Michigan is for Obama. Here
in the Metro Detroit area WE support Obama, but in the upper
(lower part) of Michigan they are for John McCain, and this also
includes Upper Michigan.

Michigan is a strange political state with mix feelings for any
candidate. However, I suggestion to set back to watch my
home State, and notice how a candidate's rate poll will go up
and down like the stock market.

In my opinion that was a bad mistake by the Obama campaign.

They had to realize that GM was on the skids then and a lot of factory workers would be laid off.

These primaries and caucuses are decided by a razor thin margin, press. A candidate cannot afford to go campaigning in a state where the party has said the votes won't count. Obama's post potomac victory campaign in Madison, Wisconsin was 18,000 strong. That's more than 18,000 votes he's getting. Others are going to hit the streets or the phones telling neighbors and complete strangers to vote for Obama.

When you campaign in one place, that means that you DON'T campaign somewhere else and you DON'T get extra votes somewhere else. A campaign in a state where the votes don't count means less votes in a state where the votes do count.

Your profile says "United States of Africa". Is that a cheap shot against Obama? Does a black President mean that the US will become like Africa?

What you say is true.
However, I think Obama could have won in Michigan hands down.
And now with the campaign running so close Obama will need all the states not just 48.
It will be interesting to see what happens at the Democratic convention.
Perhaps another fist fight like the one in the old McGovern race?

I live in lower Michigan, Hillsdale county, I support Obama.
However,a lot of people up here incuding myself supported Edwards when he was still in the race.
