Bill can make 100-300K per speech, and in 2002 made 9.5 Mill from speeches and 7.5 Mill in 2005. Reagan made many millions after he stepped down.

The possibilities of a terrorist coming from Kenya is rather unlikely. Obama would make a better president than Giuliani anyway, we don't need executives in the white house who consistently remind us of low points in our history...hence 9-11.
