do newspapers in the us openly anounce to stand behind a certain candidate?

many of them do, but it's an editorial endorsement. it *normally* does not affect their reporting on the news.

"Clinton and her husband, the former president, "stand for deja vu all over again..." well i agree with that, but then they go on to say; "a return to the opportunistic, scandal-scarred, morally muddled years...", and i am at loss for words.

what in the last statement is not true about our current administration? it is certainly not moral. i mean jesus would not support torture would he? and premptive invasion without probable cause. seems we and others declared that a war crime at nuremberg. as for "opportunistic, scandal-scarred"?

in the end the nyp is not going to support obama over a rep, and letting a rep back in means just more of the same. and anyway, i'm not totally sure that obama won't be just more of the same ~ that's why nader is running
