"Don't like". I'm with an earlier poster in that it's not necessarily her political views that I dislike, but the vibe I get from the dishonest way she props herself up as this person who has "earned" what she has and is the right person for the job over all else. I look into her eyes and see nothing good or genuine at all. I do not feel she has the best for America in mind but rather what will suit her agenda and ideology the best.

That being said, I feel that for the most part about almost all of the current candidates (the final sentence).

eesh, I didn't realize so much palpable hatred was directed at the woman. She is indeed a politician who will say a fair amount to get her party's nomination. Which makes her only slightly better from Mitt Romney and Edwards, who change at the drop of a hat. Her vote on the Iraq war I think has been overplayed, as most senators were caught up in the surge of nationalism, and not all of the evidence was presented before them. Barack would have probably done the same.

What's wrong with her? Well to quote some comments about her already made in the thread:

" * She flip-flopped on Iraq
* In the 90's she said that was a "Goldwater Girl" (Goldwater was the ideological founder of Reaganism) and then she criticizes Obama for saying that Reagan had some good qualities
* She DELIBERATELY made herself cry before a key vote to gain sympathy from women
* She resorts to the same tactics of lying about her opponents comments that Bush did in 2000 and 2004. Like Bush, she sends her husband and several other minions out to make dirty and aggressive attacks against Obama, and then says that Obama is "frustrated", not by her tricks, but because she won the last two primaries.
" - WEB

"Let me also add that she was involved in a possible real estate scandal called "Whitewater" and she had a man who is now in jail for some embezzlement or theft (Norman Hsu) as a campaign contributor. She then goes on to call Obama working for some corrupt guy.

Just recently she also called Obama's debate comments "rehearsed" which is what Hillary's reputation is for." - WEB

"Wait she said she was a "Goldwater girl"? He is pretty much her antithesis in every way. A libertarian leaning conservative to her authoritarian liberalism.

Not only do we have hypocracy in it for her attacking Obama on his Reagan comment, but also much confusion on what Goldwater even stood for.

Oh no, not at all. Hillary's not confused. She knows who Goldwater was and what he stood for. You see it was convenient to say that she's a "Goldwater Girl" 10 years ago, but it's not politically advantageous to say that now, so that's why she's not "Goldwater girl" anymore, but Obama is Reagan Boy. You see how that works?" Caltex & WEB

"I voted intensely dislike. If I just looked at her on the issues then my level of dislike for her wouldn't be so strong, but she's so fake and plays political games worse than anyone out there." -Troianii

"I'm convinced Hillary doesn't give a rat's ass about Americans, except to have their vote. I think her main concern has been how to get to the presidancy, no matter what. Anyone remember "I am not using New York as a stepping stone to the whitehouse."?" -Charleston PAtriot

caltex, i don't have time to go over all that misinformation you gave, but ill say this; everyone was lied to by bush, cuz bush said that weapons of mass destruction were going to kill us americans and so everyone wanted to go to war, even hillary. that is not flip flopping. sorry to tell ya.

Guess you haven't been following the polls. Nationally, people are just as likely to despise Hillary as like her. People on the internet are a bit more informed than your average person and thus you have Obama and Edwards folks also turning out to vote against her on this poll.

I loathe Hilary, absolutely appalling candidate, she'll rip this country a new one if shes elected. Don't think things could get that bad with her in office? Just look what Bush did to this country.

Yesterday, I would've said "She's OK", but today I'm voting "Don't Like" because of her desperate and dishonest attacks on Obama. Who is she trying to kid? Dumb question. American voters, of course, and so many of them can be kidded quite successfully. She knows what she's doing, she knows she's being dishonest. She may well be able to get away with it.
Still, she'd make a better president than Giuliani or Romney or McCain or Thompson (has he pulled out now?). But I'm mad at her.
