Apart from what that Mr. Adam Segal, "a senior fellow in China studies at the Council on Foreign Relations" so stupidly said, I find the rest of this ABC News article better balanced.
In fact it 'politely' implied that the PR argument of Segal was utter rubbish, or did I read that wrong?
