I'm hearing one person say 'why don't these nationalists go back to China,' and 'I think Chinese people hate blacks' and terms of 'whiteghost,' 'blackghost', etc... are the type of statements of why I think some people here are ignorant and truly doesn't know much about the Chinese culture. Worse of all, one of the statments was made by a moderator. I'm sure if I started a thread about why black people are this or that, I'm sure that the thread will be closed.

The reason for the Chinese become Nationalists is because of the Free Tibet movement threatens the soverignity of China and the Olympics, which the Chinese are looking foward to. Many Chinese and people who know China watch BBC, CNN, etc... watch the news and you hear words, China sucks because of its human rights record or they don't deserve the olympics, china likes to live in their own filth. It is not just an attack China as a nation, it is an attack on the identity of the Chinese people. Why shouldn't we be pissed? The worst thing is that this kind of China Bashing is accepted in Western Culture and none of you think it is offensive. It is really sad that most of you know China's culture is by watching Western Media.
