I don't know why you keep advocating Georgia. It's highly probable that "mig" (but it was even not a mig but L-39 - militaryeducational airplane) was Abchazian, and piloted by an Abchazian.

$200 000 is quite a lot for a poor region comprised of a couple of villages. A suggestion it was L-39 is ridiculous, since the video footage shows something completely different. Everybody knows Russian government uses dirty tricks to bully and blackmail its neighbours, that's why many neighbouring countries have hostile relationship towards Russia. Russian government simply can't swallow many neighbouring countries don't want to have anything with Russia anymore, and are seeking protection of NATO. I find it amusing when Russians criticize USA, when their own government is much worse.
