The reason I suggested looking up the word terrorism is because it is not exclusive of an attack against a government. I used to live in a gang infested neighborhood and I can tell you people who lived in those communities were definitely terrified. Hence, in a lot of ghettos, there are bars on the windows and doors, no one who loves life wants to live in a community where you have to lock yourself up in your own home.

in this context we are talking about terrorism againt the government and the country as a whole such as acts of 9/11...i know what terrorism is, no need to look it up....if we want to put it that way then nobody has been doing a good job at protecting the american people against terrorism...I'd like to see what John McCain has done in Arizona to prevent terrorism in his state. i believe Phoenix is now the fourth largest city in the united states....and lets remember large cities love crime...
