nevermind that the us is in the same situation as china. nevermind that britain and france are also. the only thing is we need tibet to govern itself for us to put our military presence. (off the subject)

many people are protesting the torch for tibet but never protest the super bowl for iraq or the world series for guantanimo bay. its all fishy to me.

toys from china. the dalai lamas medal. strategy is all. whatever we can do to fuel the anti chinese sentiment.

I feel bad for the chinese who've had their great honor spit upon by the world. im somewhat ashamed to be in san francisco. protest anything that catches their eye. mindless nonsense sometimes.

vapor one.
I think why the Chinese are outraged was the adverse reaction to the Lhasa incident. The Western Media sympatized with the Tibetan protestors who burned, looted and killed in Lhasa. It is like if 9/11 happened in the US and China shared the same stance like Iran, which asked if 9/11 happened at all.

Obviously, someone out there are pulling the strings on the US propaganda in this issue. That's where Radio Free Asia comes in. Here's a DailyKos article on it. I'm not taking sides on the Chinese Propaganda issue, but just want to point out the kind of slander.
