Pleaze! The protests in London and SF were intense as well. Why do u think only the French are taking the brunt of our anger?
The chaos in Paris perhaps was due only to police incompetence. But the stance of Paris City Council and her mayor led the average Chinese on the street to believe that the protests in Paris had tacit support from the French Government.
The attack on Jin Jing was not reported widely in the West. If you have seen the picture, you'll realize the image is as powerful as the Tiananmen Tank man. It leaves an unforgettable impression among the Chinese people that France=pro-separatists=anti-China.
If this is a message you want to convey, congratulations! You've been more than successful.
