I wouldn't worry about it at all. It's the decision of the American people to choose their president, and I have no interest to meddle with their internal affair. The politicians will often say anything to get themselves elected. Bush was also very anti-China before he came into power.

The point I tried to make is:
It is not in the U.S.'s national interest to alienate China, or promote anti-Chinese policis. The American president's primary job is to safeguard the American interests, everything else, including promoting democracy in other countries, are either secondary, or just a means to realize the primary goal. If Bush could understand it, I think Obama (if he ever gets elected that is) will too.

On the other hand, it is in their vital interest that the "Free-Tibet" movement (whether by the exile government or some western people behind them) to promote anti-China campaign.
