Ah, thanks for clearing that up. I forgot that it was a fleet in Tieste, was thinking of an Army. If it was an Army my analysis would be right.
No matter, really doesn't affect my game plan at all.
It still takes 3 Armies to take down the other provinces, and will require Turkey expose itself to Italy.
