You however have enjoyed the privilages of your white ancesters and im sure you must see that still its easier for a white woman to geta job faster than a black person, to lable blacks as whiny shows your racial hatred for blacks. To me it shows that you dont even want to entertain the thought of what the white world effect on the black world has done. Shit even in religion our white slave masters your ancesters, who raped and murdered many slaves, gives the slave a religion and then puts the image of God to the slaves as a white man. Does this have an effect on blacks... hell yeah so what the white world has done and the effects of slavery is what is wrong with the blacks today. It is much harder for a black comming from slave history to make money and get good education than it is for whites whose gerneration profited greatly form slavery.

you base much of your information it seems on opinions. first of all slavery has existed since the beginnings of civilizations. when one civilization came into power, they would use the ones they overthrew as slaves. being a slave is not based on you being BLACK, nor is based on anyone being BLACK. you make slavery sound as if it is a disease that manifested itself for BLACKS ONLY. also for those who are black. you have just as much of an idea of what it is like to be a slave than i do. you have not lived a life of a slave, you can not speak as if you are a slave. i've also had ancestors who were white slaves, i'm sure they were raped and beaten as well, but i did not live during that time. it really has no impact on my life or how i make my life now. i have what is called A CHOICE. i can chose to be an uninformed idiot and find every excuse in the world not to educate myself and mooch off the government or i can work hard and find all the resources available to me to better my life and to set examples.

blacks have more equal rights than you can even imagine. here are some examples. in the state of new jersey most of the state/federal government run agencies are employed by mainly blacks. as far as equal rights to an education? the opportunity for a black person is endless, and my own personal experience has allowed me to see this first hand. while i was in college i was going through the school scholarship booklet. most of the applicants had to be "african american" the next race was hispanic, however there was no white section for a white student. i would say out of a 1000 scholarships listed 95 percent of them were aimed for blacks. i do remember i met the criteria for three of the scholarships listed, and they were very small amounts like 200.00, compared to the black scholarships that were anywhere from 200.00-5000.00

there is racism in every race. just because a person is black does not mean they are not a racist, however a black person can get away with racism, the white person cannot. then when you dont get your jobs, or your promotions you cry racism. i think black people need to examine their attitudes a bit more as to reasons why they do not get employment or why they do not get their promotions. perhaps work on your professionalism, and learn to be appropriate when the need arises instead of acting like YOU ARE OWED. that just might help the black man get employment. don't you agree?
