If Billy had not logged in for several days, then that would also indicate that he probably did not submit a move either. The fact that Drake did not come out and say
billy already submitted his moves, WEB, you don't have to do it for him would lead one to believe that he did not submit any moves. Everything was explained.

Well, I'm going to deliberately play as a noob. I already made a move that I didn't like last turn.
I know what I would do as Turkey, but I'm going to try to play in a more short-sighted, less strategic, less bold way instead.
