Who said I didn't have a Master's? News flash, a Bachelor's alone has been pretty useless for some time now.

As for the emancipation proclamation, Lincoln never would have freed the slaves if they weren't needed to fight. Pure truth. Was he an evil man? Probably not, but his job was to preserve the nation and ensure that it wasn't destroyed by outside factors because the nation was weakened by the Civil War. It has really never been the job of the federal government to take care of all of the needs of it's individual citizens or even factions. If they did, how would that be any different than being owned?

Whites are not what is holding the black community of today back in this country. It is the lack of an education, that a great majority of the black community does not strive to achieve. Do you really think that an uneducated white person will be employed before an educated black one? Full scholarships for college are readily available, especially for minorities, but one has to do the work to deserve it.

Now, I'm not trying to bash you either, but can you admit that blacks are holding themselves back, in this country at least, by depriving themselves of chances because they would rather complain about slavery?
