Add a National Referendum to create a Constitutional Amendment requiring a Balanced Budget.

Initiate Laws requiring Businesses to pay their fair share of Taxes as well as persons working for wages.

Initiate punitive measures upon Foreign Nations that will not extradite criminals back to the US, for whatever reason.
